You do not have all the answers. None of us do.. We all need help at times, and we do well to seek it out, accept it, and praise it.

It is okay to be wrong sometimes. Sometimes, it's normal, healthy, and necessary to feel defeated so you know what it's like to wake up sometime.. The liver goes through this difficult time, breathing through it, one step at a time and one breath at a time.

 Good health is a collection of moments, some good and some bad, which ultimately make up your life puzzle. Do not judge the whole picture by one piece of the puzzle, but place your trust in the pieces that have not yet arrived in place.

 Love makes itself visible in pain.
